The start-up cost for adding your own logo to the cap is NOK 400,- incl. VAT per logo. This is a one-time fee, and we store the logo in our cloud, so you can embroider it again later and only pay for the embroidery itself.

Yes, you can. We store your logo. Send us an email at shop@lokk.no, and we will send you a link to your previous order. Please include the model you desire, as well as details regarding size, logo placement, colors, etc.

Here you can see all caps available for embroidery with our online tool. We can also embroider on almost all products from Yupoong and Atlantis. If you wish to embroider a product not found in our online tool, please send us an email at shop@lokk.no and we will help you with this.

It varies slightly depending on stock availability and volume. Most orders take 2–4 business days. Larger orders of 20+ caps can take up to 14 days.

The online customizer accepts many file formats, including screenshots. If you have other formats that cannot be uploaded, please send them to us by email at shop@lokk.no, and we will help you further.

Yes, we can source threads for orders of 20+ caps based on Pantone codes. For larger orders, we can order custom threads. It takes a couple of extra days to get the threads if we don't have them in stock.

When embroidering in 3D, we use a foam material that is placed under the embroidery to give it a three-dimensional effect. Not all logos are suitable for 3D, especially those with small or very large details. Additionally, not all caps can be used for 3D embroidery; we only use caps with a structured front. If we cannot create your logo in 3D, we will refund the surcharge and embroider the logo as usual.
