For purchases in physical stores, separate conditions may apply.

Prices and Payment

All prices are quoted in Norwegian kroner (NOK) including 25% VAT.

For orders to be shipped, shipping costs are added before payment. Shipping from NOK 49,-. Free shipping on orders over NOK 1,000,- unless otherwise stated.

No shipping costs apply when picking up in-store.

Payment is made via Stripe, Shopify Payments, Vipps, or other available payment solutions shown at checkout.

For card payments, the purchase amount is reserved upon order. The amount is only charged when the item is shipped.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders to be shipped are normally delivered with Bring or another chosen carrier.

Delivery time is usually 2-4 working days, subject to stock availability, public holidays, and circumstances beyond our control.

You will receive a pick-up notification via SMS or email when the package is ready for collection. It is the customer's responsibility to provide correct contact information when ordering and to check that messages have not ended up in spam filters or junk mail.

Packages delivered to a pick-up point usually have a collection deadline of 14 days. If the package is not collected within the deadline, it will be automatically returned to us.

For uncollected shipments, a fee of NOK 250,- plus return shipping costs will be charged to cover our actual expenses. In case of non-payment, the claim may, after prior notice, be sent to debt collection.

When exercising the right of withdrawal, the customer covers the cost of the return shipment.

Terms for "Package to the door"

For orders using the "Package to the door" shipping option, the customer must have a mailbox marked with their name and be registered in Posten's address register.

If these requirements are not met and the shipment is returned to us, a fee of NOK 150,- will be incurred to cover our costs associated with the return shipment.

Address Register

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the address information provided during the order is correct and up-to-date.

Incorrect or incomplete address information may lead to delayed delivery or return of the shipment.

Right of Withdrawal

According to the Right of Withdrawal Act, you have a 14-day cooling-off period.

The cooling-off period runs from the day you receive the item.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us no later than 14 days after you received the delivery.

Returns should be sent to:

LOKK AS
Pharos vei 2A
4876 Grimstad

The product must be returned in its original packaging along with the right of withdrawal form, if available.

The return shipment is paid for by the customer.

Refunds will be issued after we have received and inspected the item. Processing time may be up to 14 days.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods manufactured according to the customer's specifications or which have a clear personal character, cf. the Right of Withdrawal Act § 22 letter e.

This includes products with embroidered names, logos, text, custom designs, or other forms of customer customization.

Once the production of a customized item has started, the order normally cannot be changed, canceled, or returned.

If there are errors or defects in the product, the right to complain still applies under the Consumer Purchases Act.

Complaints

If there is a defect in the item, the consumer must notify the seller within a reasonable time after the defect was discovered or should have been discovered.

The deadline for lodging a complaint can never be shorter than two months from the time the defect was discovered.

A complaint must be made no later than two years after the consumer took possession of the item. If the item is intended to last significantly longer with normal use, the complaint period is five years.

Damage due to normal wear and tear, incorrect use, or external influence is not considered a valid complaint.

In the case of a justified complaint, we cover the return costs.
