The music producer, rapper, DJ, and radio host has touched many lives with his message and has been a central figure in the Norwegian hip-hop scene since the 1980s. He received TONO's Promoter Award in 2014, with the jury citing his long-standing efforts to promote hip-hop to the Norwegian public. Two years later, he won the Honorary Award at the Spellemannprisen awards ceremony. Tommy is also the founder of the country's first hip-hop and graffiti magazine "Fat Cap," which eventually found its way beyond Norway's borders. Through his record label Tee production, he has been a strong supporter of other Norwegian hip-hop artists such as Gatas Parlament, Warlocks, Son of Light, and Don Martin.
