The New York Bulldogs were an American Football team franchise who played in the NFL between 1949 and 1950. Following this season the team name was changed to the New York Yanks which the team played under for two years. In 1952 the team was then sold to the league and moved to Dallas to become the Dallas Texans and the first NFL franchise.
